I like not having residue left in my carpets. I liked that the tech came in covered his shoes. Each time he left or entered the house he took them off then put them back on. The tech was also very efficient, didn't waste any time and was very fast. I also liked that he didn't try to over sell anything. Very informative but not pushy.
Your service people are really great and the carpet looks great. You just did both my old house and my new house, and I'm really pleased with both.

Was done in a timely manner and they did a awesome job. I can' believe they got the stains out with just water.
Roman arrived on time as scheduled and looked over the carpet making estimations on which spot would come out. He presoaked spots and was able to get the majority of the spot out. Roman was knowledgeable of the product and carpet.

I was not "nickled and dimed" to death when the employee arrived on site. And, they did a good job of removing "oil" from the carpet from our two big black lab dogs throughout the house.
The professionalism and expertise of your technicians. They are very polite and knowledgeable.
I really liked the fact that Zerorez used protective cones around our wordwork. Also the fact that we walked around the rooms together so I could point out stains or areas of concern.
One concern I have is that what I was quoted over the phone with the 3 room special (from the radio) ended up to be $300.00. I think what the sales people versus the actual cleaning people charge are two different things. I would recommend Zerorez but I strongly caution people to have you come out and quote first. Of my co-workers 3 others had this same experience. I would venture to guess you'll get this "bait and switch" reputation.
Your representative was prompt, curteous and did what appears to be a good job. As I told the gentleman though, I have had other services come in and for the first three months it looked fine and then the carpet got all matted down and dirty looking. So, I will withold my sterling recommendations until some time passes and the carpet still looks good. I anticipate being able to highly recommend your company...we will see...
