Tony was very professional. He explained the process, offered suggestions and services and helped set my expectations. He was clean, presentable and communicated well. Given we have a large dog in the house full time, I did appreciate the explanation on the BioFog service. During the cleaning process, he brought me to an area that had been cleaned to ask if it met my expectations. When the cleaning was complete, he walked me through all the areas he had cleaned and then asked if there were any places I'd like him to go over. There was no need; he had already done a thorough job! I will use Zerorez again!

When I arrived at my home and went in with the ZeroRez guys, there was a not so happy surprise waiting upstairs for us in one of the bedrooms. What was it? A mad squirrel was on top of the curtain rod of one of the windows. The two guys from Zerorez were amazing! They stated that they would take care of everything for me! They went to their truck, got a bag, closed the bedroom door and both attempted to get the squirrel out. After about 10 mins, they were able to get the squirrel out of the window. After all that excitement, they still cleaned all my carpets to perfection. All I can say is what a wonderful team. Going above and beyond is nothing compared to what these guys did! Having your carpets perfectly cleaned is great! Add in having a mad squirrel removed from you home at no cost, priceless!
