we really liked that zerorez didnt soak our carpets with water and we actually could walk on them not to long after they were cleaned. we also appreciate that they made it right after we noticed a pretty big gash in the corner of our wall that was made by the cleaner by accident. we definitely will use this company again. our carpet looks new again.
I was absolutely impressed with the service that Tyler provided us this past Saturday. He had taken the time to provide us with the information that we needed prior to cleaning the carpets and best of all he took the time and attention to certain spots in the carpet that we had questions about. At the end he was chatting with us about the traffic, hit the trouble spots once again and then finished with the fiber protection. The carpet looks great again.
