Our carpet turns out so well. The guys are so thorough and help with the unfortunate pet stains that cannot be avoided with 4 precious Boston Terriers. We love the new scent---really makes our entire house smell wonderful. We have told everyone we know, how pleased we are that there are no harmful chemicals to hurt our pups and to exacerbate our allergies.

Everyone from my first call to schedule the appointment to the technician (Devin N.--the best) to the followup call was friendly, helpful and patient with my questions. Devin spent time explaining every step, potenial follow up which might be needed if all the "spots" didn't come off immediately. He called 15 min , "on my way" , came in did his job and was on his way after we discussed the next visit to do the upper level and encouraged me to consider doing the vents on that visit. Of course, my rugs were like new, thanks somuch.

I guess it's too early to tell but I'm hoping it won't soil easily since they put the protector on it. It didn't get all the stains out but my carpet is 18 yrs old.

Every time you have come to my home to clean the carpets, the service has been excellent. The employees are so professional from the phone calls to the visit. And The man who handles your rugs is fabulous. I have gotten rugs back that look like new and he is a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you Zero Rez, you are a fine example of a great company!

The technician, Roman, was on time, focused, knew what he was talking about and friendly. He explained what he would do, then he did what he said he would do and then he explained what he did. Our carpet looks great and smell good too.
