Your technicians really worked at the area where I spilled coffee. They were able to get out almost every trace of it. I am glad that I had the stain protector applied when they cleaned my carpet three months ago. I wish I hadn't "tested" my carpet and the protector, but when this happened, your staff got someone there within 24 hours. Technicians were professional and cared to get the stain out.

Your workers did such a great job taking their time, and also showing us the "rag" test when we wanted to see the results. It was getting late at night and we were the last stop and I couldn't even tell that they were anxious to get home and finish their day....quality workers! Reasonable prices, not many cleaning products involved, fast, and smells fresh after cleaned.

I outcome is very good. We have many spills and they are always gone after our cleaning. The workers are very helpful, curtious and know what they are doing. Things go quickly and the carpet is dry in no time at all.

You are quick and efficient and don't try to sell me more products or services. Also no soap residue in the carpet. Friendly service people.

I liked the fact that there was a walk-through both before and after the cleaning. I also got some education along the way regarding carpet wear, cleaning solutions, and quality of carpet, etc. I was concerned that the hose coming through the front door would let in alot of cold air, but that was addressed with a plastic sheeting across the door. There was no mess and it was an easy process and quick, too. Thanks so much to Chris R.

Good thing:The idea that no soap residue stays in the carpet.
Only one complaint:there are spots on the lower level carpeting that apparently were not treated.

The carpet was dry quicker than other carpet cleaners have been in the past. The orange scent was appealing. Carpet looked great when done. Aaron Heath, the Technician, was very courteous, professional and informative on all aspects of carpet cleaning. Would definitely recommend and use this service again.
