Eric did a great job explaining what he could do for our 14 yr old carpet and was very pleasant to have in our home. Loved the citrus smell of the products! Carpet hasnt completely dried so cant tell what stains are really going to show when all is said and done but so far it looks fantastic.

Really cleaned up my capers well. BUT, the tech was 4 hours late. While my service was discounted it didn't come close to make up for time lost at work. The tech was very friendly and I do understand but I had to call to find out what was going on. I'd definitely use you again but I'd make sure you understood my time is valuable next time.

The carpets look great! The people ,Juan and TJ could not have been more professional. I like the fact, the carpets were dried in a day and you could see immediate results.

he wore foot covers over his shoes. Zerorez brings it's own water. Can't
