This is the second time we have contracted with you, first at my Mother's home, and then at my Sister's. We like everything about your service: the people who take our reservation are always so helpful; the reminder call is great; the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly; the carpets are always mint when you leave. We will definitley use you time and time again.

Very impressed with everythIng. Roman was very professional. Came in introduced himself, took a quick look around and went over what he would be doing. Then asked if we had any questions or concerns. Then he got to work.

Carpeting cleaned up very nicely and looks great! Will certainly use you services again.

We had a great experience with Zerorez. This was our first time using a carpet cleaning company vs doing it ourselves. We will never clean our carpets ourselves again! It was easy to book an appointment and the service was excellent. Aaron did a great job at our home. He was very professional, knowledgable and personable. He is a great representative of zerorez. i had joe christianson as my tech that came and cleaned my carpets. he did an amazing job and def am gonna be having him come out from now on. i love the way my carpets felt after the cleaning and the scent! he also got out a stain that i did not think would ever come out my carpets look brand new!

This was my first time using Zerorez and I was impressed by your knowledgeable staff. I like the fact that my house did not smell like cleaning chemicals, just a slight orange fragrance. I will definitely use your service again. You resurrected my 13 year old carpet I am thrilled!!!

The carpet looks fabulous!! The technician was informative & efficient - he arrived as scheduled, even though I didn't get a call telling me exactly when (his phone wasn't working so the office was to call me to let me know he'd be there at 11:00 am, but that didn't happen). It was not a big deal, I'd planned to be home from 10:00 to 1:00 anyway. The stains came out, the smell was great, everything went as expected and very well!!

I like the no residue, the natural way to clean carpets so that they don't attract dirt quickly. I am very pleased with how the carpets look, although we had several spots that were not able to be cleaned, not the fault of Zerorez or the technician, I believe.

Roman was outstanding in his explanation of the services, the possibility that the stains may not be able to be removed, the cost and his desire to do the very best in cleaning our carpets. Very friendly and respectful also.

Jared Selas is the BEST! Polite and mannerly (not found often these days). He was thorough and was careful around items that could not be moved. He should be cloned! I have found my carpet cleaning business...you have no competition!

the scheduling was spot on. Erik was very pleasant and personable. Explained everything and worked around the fact that our furnace had failed overnight and the repair person showed up while he was in the middle of finishing up. I like the Orange, fresh smell! And am very pleased that I have finally gotten my carpet refreshed!!!!!!
I have more dirty carpeting. We will see how the finances go. Thanks Name removed
