The technician that does the job makes "all the difference" in the world. Having never tried zerorez before, I was a bit skeptical but now....A TOTAL BELIEVER !!! Our technician was Tyler and he knew right away the job was bigger and would take longer than what the office suggested. Instead of being crabby, or working fast, or cutting corners he was exaclty the opposite...he explained the process zerorez uses, all of the services zerores offers and after a walk through he was on his merry way to do the job. I have NEVER seen a technician working for a company like this young man...knowledgeable, patient and what us old timers would call "a real company man". He was a delight to work with and I will NEVER USE ANYONE BUT ZEROREZ. Your technician needs to be complimented for doing such a wonderful job on all my cleaning needs and also for demonstrating such a good work ethic for the company. My neighbors were a bit leary of using zerorez simply because they had never thought about it ... the were over yesterday and saw the results and were very impressed. I told them to use zerorez only - and ask for the technician named "Tyler". Thank you Tyler for such a pleasant experience and for such a HUGE job well done !!!!

Robert was very professional and efficient - a very hard worker! The products that he used to pretreat our carpets smelled amazing! Our carpets look wonderful. I was very impressed by the problem bedroom that we had cleaned. It is an almost white carpet and have several stains from a puppy, as well as some beverage spills. There are still two faint stains, but I didn't think they would come out, as they were very dark. But the pet stains are gone and the room smells fresh and clean!

Over other companies I've experienced, I'm impressed by your pre-visit communications, post visit follow-up and, in general, your business model. The only other entity I can liken it to as to performance and efficiency is the Mayo Clinic

The service staff was friendly and went around the rooms before cleaning asking about major stains along with the cleaning process used. The lead worker cared about the job he was doing by checking with us on what we thought about the cleaning of each room. The workers called ahead to let us know they were on their way and they were very professional through out the job.
