How clean my carpet was when finished. It looked like new, espically the stairway. And it refreshed where the furnature had pressed down the carpet. Plus, I was surprised how quickly the carpets dried.

we purchased the cleaners, the premixed and the powder. at first i thought it was pretty spendy put when you use it and it takes the stain out the first try its worth every penny. the only thing is i live in prescott, wis. and where we have to go for the refill is pretty far away. it would be nice if there was a closer place.

The appearance of the rug is very clean with no residue! Your prices on the loveseat and chair are too high however. They need adjustment in my opinion.

Having, on more than one occasion, walked into my living room to see my then-two year-old son with a sippy-cup full of chocolate milk turned upside down, pouring it onto the carpet and laughing at the "splashies," I wasn't optimistic.
