They were FAST, my carpets weren't soaked so badly that they took days to dry (they were dry within 8 hours) and they had a fresh orange smell when they were wet and no lingering odors (good or bad)once they were dry. Carpets look great - and they were a very light color with some fairly serious soiling. I highly recommend them. You get what you pay for and this was totally worth it!
I really like the satisfaction guarantee. I had problems after the first visit. One part is fixed and I need to take care of the second part by calling for help.

Chemical-free cleaning and it works great. THe technicians are always very helpful and courteous and do not come across 'sleazy' as I have felt about carpet cleaners in the past.

First of all I liked the professionalism of Nate. He explained everything to me and was most helpful. He did a great job cleaning the carpets and did not seem to be in a rush! I felt he cared whether or not the carpets would be clean when he left. He even managed, with your product, to remove all the dirt left behind by my previous carpet cleaners. Although the cost was somewhat higher....the job was 100% better. Well worth the extra money!

The tech who came to our house (Roman I believe) was very friendly and clearly explained all of Zerorez's services and products. He made sure I didn't have any questions before beginning and went over the billing prior to doing the work. The carpets look great!!!

It dried quick and carpets came really clean. What I didn't like it that I got an extra charge for a larger room, which is fine. But why not give me a price cut on a room that is under the 15x15 measurment? Or combine the 1 1/2 room plus 1/2 room to make 2 rooms and not charge the extra $25.

The technicians were professional in their behavior and how they worked - they worked quickly and efficiently and had a friendly, business-like manner and did a great job - my carpet looks better than it usually does after cleaning. The price is in the same ball park as other carpet cleaning services, but as I said, they did a better job. The cleaning fluids are non-toxic and have a pleasant orange-peel fragrance. I REALLY like that no residue is left in the carpet - I can feel the difference.
