Your workers did such a great job taking their time, and also showing us the "rag" test when we wanted to see the results. It was getting late at night and we were the last stop and I couldn't even tell that they were anxious to get home and finish their day....quality workers! Reasonable prices, not many cleaning products involved, fast, and smells fresh after cleaned.

I outcome is very good. We have many spills and they are always gone after our cleaning. The workers are very helpful, curtious and know what they are doing. Things go quickly and the carpet is dry in no time at all.

You are quick and efficient and don't try to sell me more products or services. Also no soap residue in the carpet. Friendly service people.

I liked the fact that there was a walk-through both before and after the cleaning. I also got some education along the way regarding carpet wear, cleaning solutions, and quality of carpet, etc. I was concerned that the hose coming through the front door would let in alot of cold air, but that was addressed with a plastic sheeting across the door. There was no mess and it was an easy process and quick, too. Thanks so much to Chris R.

Good thing:The idea that no soap residue stays in the carpet.
Only one complaint:there are spots on the lower level carpeting that apparently were not treated.

The carpet was dry quicker than other carpet cleaners have been in the past. The orange scent was appealing. Carpet looked great when done. Aaron Heath, the Technician, was very courteous, professional and informative on all aspects of carpet cleaning. Would definitely recommend and use this service again.

Tyler rocked. He was professional, polite and answered all questions we asked. The carpet looked wonderful after wards. The spots he could not get out were not his fault. There were food dyes from cat food and blue pop that a 12 pack had leaked that no one knew about until our move to GA.

You expect clean- but the extra touches such as confirming arrival times, placing plastic guards on the corners of walls and appliances to protect from the Hose Equipment, our Tech (Jamie A) hung a heavy duty drape at the front door to keep the cold out and my warm air in. The polite and professional manners of the Tech and the quick calculations on the various prices for adding pieces made decision making easier. Jamie took an older oriental style area rug back to the shop with him - they will check it over and give me a choice of having it cleaned at XX amount or having it delivered back to me- free of charge! We are VERY happy with the large area rug from our living room~ Never really knew it looked THAT good. Overall - we are very happy with the experience!

All the carpet, some 25 years old, and upholstered furniture with some old stains cleaned so it looks like new. The service was very professional. I will definately recommend Zerorez to all my friends and business associates. I will call on Zerorez again in the future.

Rey Noren and J. D. Kuchelmeister did an excellent job. They removed some stains that other cleaners couldn't. They were courteous and pleasant and did a thorough job.
