We had the nicest two guys come out. Our carpets have been cleaned about every 6 months but are soiled by pets. It was getting to the point where many of the spots just didn't come out anymore. Before we replaced the carpet I thought I would try Zerorez. I am so amazed at the results...seriously. So many of the spots are completely gone and it doesn't smell at all. I could not be more thrilled with the carpet. It looks so nice again. I would definately have them come out again.

Zerorez did an incredible job of makeing them feel fluffy again while returning them to their original cream color and getting rid of all of the stains! The technicians were very professional and highly informative as to the process and results, as well as very careful to insure that our furniture and other valuables were moved safely and were protected.

The service people arrived on time. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about what they could and could not do for my carpets--realistic. The work was done in an efficient and thorough manner. They understood about my need to use one of the rooms and they dried it with special equipment. I've had other carpet cleaning services in the past, but nothing came close to the quality of the service and the results that I received from Zerorez.

Some of my vent openings were too small for the brush to fit though so he suggested I not have the service done since he wouldn't be able to clean them all. I appreciated his honesty.
