I've used Zerorez a few times, and have always been very pleased with the service. The techs that cleaned my carpets this time (Kyle Hoffman and Jordan) were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable about the Zerorez products. I have a dog that has a "nervous" stomach and Kyle explained the different cleaning products available that would assist in keeping my carpets clean and protected from occasional accidents. I am very pleased with how clean and freah my carpets look and feel.

I appreciate that they go out in the field and know what their workers have to go through. It was very hot and humid the day our carpets were cleaned and they worked very hard. I would have him again. Sorry if I messed up his name. I like your Zero Stink product too.

Very prompt and informative. We did have a concern with the friese carpet in the family room becoming loose and feel the technician could have been a little more reassuring that it would be alright as it dried thourghly. We kinda panicked the next morning, but, with vacuming it did relax and become acceptable.

We were almost certain that two rooms would need carpet replacement due to stains, not to mention the stairs but thought we would give Zerorez a chance first to clean. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable sharing options available and went to work. I am thrilled with the results, thank you!
