I liked the quality of the service, the carpet is 8 years old and looks almost brand new after the cleaning. I also liked that the carpet dried fast and doesn't have the stiffness feeling afterwards. He also cleaned my couch which looks great. The zerorez guy was kind enough to clean my couch, after he was done with the carpet even though it wasn't scheduled; he contacted the office to have a new invoice open and got the couch taken care of in the same visit so they didn't have to come back another time. Sean was happy to do the additional work and was very professional. Sean did tell me about the other services that zerorez provides, one of interest is tile cleaning, if they can do great work on my carpet and couch I have no doubt zerorez will do great on tile/grout cleaning and sealing.

Called for a last minute appointement on Memorial Day weekend and you were able to get us in and gave us a Sat. morning window time of 8:30 to 11:00. Your appt. desk called 2 days before the appt. to narrow down the time to 8:30 to 10:00.Your technician called the morning of to say he would be there right at 8:30. THis meant a lot as many services leave you hanging all day!

Ryan showed up and was very warm and friendly. I felt very comfortable letting him into our home. He was full of manners and much helpful information. He shared with me other services that he could offer without being pushy:) Ryan also seemed very knowledgable and offered helpful suggestions and information regarding our carpets.
