nice job & clean carpets. If I had to say one thing on how to improve would be to get away from the scheduling issue of a window from say 12 to 3. I like the idea of setting a time, not a window of time. That is a bit annoying.

I was most impressed with the technician (Jaimie) who came out to do my duct cleaning. He was very professional, did a thorough job and was so informative. He advised me on carpet cleaning and is coming back to clean them in two weeks.

We had our carpet cleaned and had some tough spots. The carpet looked very nice after being cleaned by Zerorez. In addition, the person cleaning our carpet did an excellent job and explained everything very well, very professional. Thank you!

Very friendly and was very careful about cleaning up after himself. Had some old stains that didn't come out but he worked really hard at trying to remove them. The rest of the carpet looks great!
