The tech was great at explaining what he was doing and why. His supervisor was along for the day too. I did not care for the supervisor's attempts to increase the job scope to include the tile flooring. The carpet was clean but it was not soaking wet when the job was done. The carpet smelled clean without having an over powering smell.

I appreciated that the cleaner was prompt and courteous. He called as he was driving to our home which allowed us enough time to finish vacuuming right as he pulled into the driveway. He was also able to remove two stains we didn't think would ever come out and I love how nice the house smells and clean the carpets feel. One of the reasons we selected Zerorez was because you do not use chemicals that leave behind a residue. We are very pleased with the results.
