Every step was explained to me before it was done. The work was done carefully and thourougly. The carpet looks fresh and it has somewhat of a cushioned feeling compared to before the cleaning was done. Jeimi and his co-worker were polite and efficient. Thank you for the service.

I love Zero Rez, but I hate saying this my last experience was not the greatest. "Dennis" was very rude right as he walked through our door. I was pretty taken back by his attitude. Hope next time the person will be a little friendlier

I like the eco friendly products as there are pets in my household and I am sensitive to household cleaning products. My service technicial, Ryan Wicks, was outstanding...as a communicator and an advocate for the company. You can send him out any time....a total joy to work with.

I could get the cleaning done with in a few days of calling. No surprises once the tech arrived. The tech, Dylan, was very friendly. He did an excellent job explaining the services he would be performing and product recommendation.

The gentleman who came to my home was very professional, thorough and friendly. He did a wonderful job, and I was very happy with the outcome. It was a pleasant experience, he went out of his way to provide the best service possible.

Your carpet cleaning technician really exceeded my expectation on your company's customer service (which were high in the first place), and the cleaning results that were accomplished are second to none! Once Gregory arrived at my home to begin cleaning, he explained the process in detail, reviewed some additional services/products that were available, and recommended what services he thought my carpet needed based on his evaluation. He was very fair and honest about his recommendations, which was refreshing because I, as a customer, get very tired of the "used car salesman" high pressure approach.

no crunchy feeling

Your services did a great job cleaning my carpet. It was a challenging job and you did a great job.
