Technician, Ben was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. He worked with me to create a cleaning plan that would work. the carpets look like new.

However, the difference in the phone price and the price to clean pet damage was a bit like "bait and switch." You did say there would be a difference but I was not prepared for the huge difference. We finally agreed on a reduced price but if it had not been offered, I would not have been able to do the cleaning with you.
