The two service men, were friendly, professional and worked well together. I don't know a lot about the products used, but liked the results.

The technicians that came out to clean the carpets were so knowledgeable and friendly. They suggested recommended services for our particular carpets but weren't pushy about anything. The old musty smell in my carpets is completely gone. I did opt for the extra deodorizing treatment per the technician's recommendation and it worked perfectly. The service was a little more expensive than other companies, but I feel the service was also better.

This is the first time we have used Zerorez, we are very happy with the results. The Tech, Dave Gillett did an excellent job and explained what options were available and what he would be doing. Super nice young man.

I appreciatted the honesty and courtesy of my technician. I had some carpet that some renters had really beat up, had numerous spots and was something I had never seen before,m it was so bad. He explained to me "wicking" and how spots can look removed but my spots, wicking, looked the type that could come back up and reappear depending how deep the stain went. So I appreciatted his information and then he let me make the decision. I let him do the rest of the house that had newer cleaner carpet and was extremly pleased how it looked when he was done. I would highly recommend zerorex to anyone and will defitely use them again when the next renter moves out. Plus I feel good that I was using and supportting a "green" product.
