Had issue with furniture moving. Were told at time of appt that zerorez moved up to 50lbs of furniture (no breakables, electronics). Found that not to be true when cleaner showed up, saying he was just one man and could not possibly move any furniture. He did help my husband move all the furniture in to the kitchen....(three chairs two couches) with the endtables, lamps etc already moved. He left us with a couple sheets of foam squares and we had to get the neighbor to help move it back.....THANKFULLY I called in my concern and although still not sure if zerorez moves any furniture we were compensated appropriately and would recommend zerorez as a fair company if you do not need someone to move furniture. We loved the cleaning !

The tech offered extra services at the time of the appointment, and I really appreciated that he did not try to pressure me to buy something I didn't feel I wanted.

Your service tech was extremely helpful and friendly He answered all my questions. I left to go out of town for 3 weeks so I am not sure if he was able to get the smell out. We had a problem with urine in a closet.
