It felt very clean and green. Jake was great on cleaning the carpet and recommending products to protect the carpet between cleaning. He worked hard and was done with 3 rooms, hall and stairs within an hour. The time frame scheduled was spot on. It couldn't get any better than that. Dried carpet shorter time frame than other steam cleaning.
Thank you, Jake! What a guy. In this day and age hard to find people who like what they do and do it well. Jake is definitely that person. Congrats on hiring and retaining this valuable employee. I will ask for him again.

Saul called to alert me he was coming and arrived promptly. He was very cordial and provided speial treatment for spots i alerted him to. He was thorough and careful of my furniture that I could not move. I am very pleased with how well my 25-year-old carpet looks!! I have already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so. Use of only special water--no soaps, detergents, shampoos, etc.

The technicians we have dealt with are also very knowledge about carpets, stains, odors, and Zerorez products.

The technician was very thorough and the carpets and furniture look brand new.

Love the clean smell and professional manner of people who do the work. Also, they are very careful with furniture. Dries fast and leaves no residue, feels clean to walk on when dry.

Products are without chemicals, residues and odor, leaving completely clean floor coverings and air.

Service arrangements are live, rather than electronic. Friendly, clear explanations for the upcoming appointment. Call came from technicians on the day saying they were able to come earlier if I would like. Juan and crew went over the whole house with me, and how the work would be done. They were organized, neat, helpful,very pleasant, and kept me apprised all along the way, and during completion. I was especially grateful for Juan telling me how to set the fan & AC for drying.
