Prompt service with professional and courteous service by the technician, despite a downpour outside as he arrived at our house. He explained what was needed and carpet looked great when he was done.

the representative that came to clean our carpets did not wear his shoe covers. His supervisor did come to check up on him during the cleaning and the supervisor wore his covers however the cleaner did not.

I like the finished results. My question about the service this time is I was quoted $140 for the carpet cleaning because of the vacant rooms, and the teck said he would do the vents for $200, but was unable to do one because of the maerial of the vent, so he said he would knock off $20. My wife paid the bill and I am wondering how $140 and $180 added up to a bill over $400. The bill that was emailed did not break down the costs.

Great job with cleaning our carpeting. The person who did our cleaning was probably the best I've ever had. He was very informative, nice and friendly. I felt comfortable with him in my home-that does not always happen. He worked hard and did a great job!

I am so glad I called Zerorez to clean the carpet! I was about ready to get new carpeting and that wasn't in my budget. I called Zerorez and the carpeting is like NEW! The technician, Jeff, was wonderful. He explained everything to me and did a wonderful job! My two seven year old girls were really impressed too. We moved into this house 3 years ago, and the people who owned it before didn't get the carpets cleaned before they moved. They were so dirty. I never thought they could be this clean! Good job! I was very impressed that the person scheduling my appointment was worked hard to fit the appointment into my schedule. I really appreciated the fact that he was able to fit my job in on a day when I was scheduled to be home instead of me needing to take time off work.

The two employees from Zerorez were very thorough and polite. They reviewed with me the areas to be cleaned and what my concerns were. They were efficient and very careful not to mark the walls with their equipment.

I would definitely recommend Zerorez to others as well as use the services again.

Zerorez staff is very professional, they give great care to walls with plastic protectors and they wear blue booties. This is expecially appreciated since I just had new hardwood floors installed, and I'm a neat freak. The carpet feels soft and smells great after cleaning -- it's not crunchy feeling like other companies. Great carpet cleaning and great customer service.

I had a big stain on my cream colored carpet. The technician was able to get it out and my entire carpet look great!!
