There was no sticky residue, the carpet was fluffier (not crusty)than last time it was cleaned by a different company and it smelled great. Even though I didn't use any I liked all the other services that are offered and plan to use in the future.

The technicians are friendly and very accomodating. The get the job done fast and do not pressure you to add sevices that they can provide.

Zerorez service was requested by our tenant. We did not know much about Zerorez then.
Zerorez account manager was very professional, visited the site, and observed the location, made notes, took measurements, for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. He understood our situation very well and set up the appointments appropriately, some expedited which did suite our need.

Zerorez service reps arrived on time for the actual appointments, understood the situation well, and advised us of the risks for some services. Performed a excellent work, handled everything very professionally!
