The technician, Ryan, was excellent to work with. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain the ZEROREZ process and answer any questions. The cleaning could not have turned out better - pet, make-up, and mystery stains all disappeared. No odor, quick drying time, I couldn't be more pleased!
