We were at a point of needing to replace our carpets but decided to try Zerorez first. Thanks to Zerorez, our carpets look as close to brand new as possible considering 15+ years of wear and tear (including many pet stains). Our carpet replacement has been delayed to a MUCH later date - so wonderful! Nathan (Lead Technician) and his assistant, Ronny, were fantastic! You truly do hire the "best". Nathan thoroughly explained the process, including all available treatments, and advised us as to what he felt we should do, but without any pressure at all, the choices were ours. We are totally satisfied with the results Zerorez gave us and would definitely use your services again and recommend you to our friends and family. Your rep, Mark, was very professional & personable. I showed him what needed to done & he got right to work. The carpets turned out grea. He also said that we took goood care of our carpets which helped as well. He treated the pet stains & there were no residual odors when he finished cleaning. The products work! I had stains that had been in my carpet for over 6 months, that were never treated and they came out. This is the 2nd time I have used your services. I like how professional, friendly and knowledgable they are. I'm a customer for life!
