The carpets end up soft to the touch. There is no "stiff" feeling due to left over residue. Our technician Joey was very knowledgeable and seemed very thorough. He was courteous, pleasant, and friendly. We have used Zerorez several times in the past and will continue to use them for any future carpet cleaning needs. We highly recommend Zerorez without any hesitation.

I like the way the service provider(in this case, Dave & Sadot) is always very profressional. The house smells so fresh & clean. It also looks clean. They get stuff out (spots & stains)that I didn't think would come out.

I am not sure of the question, however, I am a WCCO listener and I loved Zerorez. Most of
my friends have never heard of it. I said it is "green" and they were interested. You need
to market to young (even tho I am not) because the outcome is awesome,and the price was right
