Jordan and Tony called before arriving. They asked if they could come early due a cancelation. Both of them were very professional, knowledgable, polite and carefully explained what they were going to do to clean the ducts. They were very careful working in my home. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. This is the first duct cleaning service that actually cleaned the ducts. Jordan showed me 'before' and 'after' photos. I was very surprised how much dust and debris was in the ducts. I noticed the difference in the air quality right away. Thank you very much, I will highly recommend your service to my friends.

You do what you say your going to and if you can't you say so. I was very impressed with how well the carpets came clean especially the upstairs hallway where my husband had just finished a very messy bathroom remodel and put NOTHING down to protect the carpets. Zerorez came in and cleaned them all up, very impressive.
We like that cleaning process is environmentally friendly and leaves behind no chemical or perfume odors.

We have had Zerorez out to our home three times now so we are obviously very pleased with them. We have also given them an Oriental rug for cleaning. Once again, beautiful job.
