Our experience was very nice from beginning to the end. Technicians were very respectful of the furniture, they gave us an idea based on the carpet condition, how the treatment would turn out to be. Did not over sell nor did charge extra. We are very happy with our carpets

What do you like about our products and services?

Lucas did an excellent job for us. We have used your service now, at three different places and all have been good.
Also, just wanted to comment on the good customer service, from the first phone conversation to the follow up appointment calls, to my calling in to ask that a 30min call be placed to me before arrival, to the dispatch alerting me to the timeline on Lucas's arrival and finially the call from Lucas advising me he was on his way. All were very professional and customer friendly.

Antwan and Andrew were great! They were very professional, and knowledgable, about cleaning our air ducts. We recently moved into a new house that previously had a cat and dog. I have bad allergies and since Zerorez came out to clean, my allergies are gone! I can now enjoy my new house!
