Darnell did a great job and was very professional! He worked very hard on the bad, high traffic areas in my carpet and we were able to see (and smell) the difference even though it's so bad. I will only use Zerorez to clean my carpet again.
Quality of work was good. Add on prices of rooms etc seemed expensive.
Steve was polite and great with my kids asking him all the questions a 5 year old could ever ask.
Plus he walked me through all the areas that were problems, just overall a great guy.

Great client service, professional cleaners, price is a little higher than others but time will tell if it is worth it. Service is not complete, have three area rugs out for cleaning so will see how that goes.
