I like that it's not a harsh or toxic chemical process. I hate carpet to begin with (as your technician said, it's just a trap for dirt) but this made it easier to cope. The stairs came out great. Unfortunately we have had such wet weather that not everything has dried yet.

Love that the products are non-toxic. The technician who cleaned my carpet made all charges very clear before proceeding. He was professional, polite and even wore those little shoe covers ( on my filthy carpet - LOL). The process was very fast and there was no mess for m to clean up. The technician' snake was Deron. The cleaning team led by Les, was excellent. They arrived on time, were communicative, and asked to confirm the areas to be cleaned. They completed the task within the hour and left the house spotless. I was very pleased with the result and their attention to detail.
