Your product drys quicker than any other I've used. The appointment times are sooner than expected. The service technicians are most helpful and very knowledgable.

The tech (Pat) that you sent out to do my carpets did a wonderful job. He was very thorough, friendly, and is knowledgeable on Zerorez processes and products. He did a great job and I really appreciated the care he took in doing my carpet. I will be asking for him the next time I have my carpets cleaned.

We have had zerorez clean our carpets several times, and they have always done an excellent job. Our home smells good--not at all like chemicals--when they are done, the carpet feels luxurious--not brittle--and it looks great! They have always been on time, professional and friendly. We have also had them clean our air ducts, and had the same great experience. We will definitely use them again!

The two service individuals who came out to clean my carpets were incredible. They took the time to show me improvements in my carpets as they worked through my living space. Being able to see before and after as they progressed was astounding. I literally witnessed my carpet coming back to life right before my eyes. The men also provided me with valuable information and shared their knowledge so that I can make informed decisions in the future regarding the care of my carpets. Not once did I feel they were giving me a sales pitch, but simply wanted me to have the nicest carpets possible. I don't know that I will ever try to clean my carpets again on my own. This company does a fantastic job in a fraction of the time it takes me.
