From my first contact, the Zerorez employee was polite and very helpful. A price quote was provided and an email was sent confirming my cleaning date. When the technician arrived at my home, an explanation of the Zerorez cleaning process was explained in to me in detail, as well as a quick walk through of each of the rooms that were to be cleaned in the home. Upon completion of the cleaning, the technician walked me through each of the rooms again to point out any issues and to make sure it was up to my standard of cleaning. I would recommend Zerorez to family and friends - the service was wonderful!

Great communication prior to tech arriving. I like doing business with companies that state in advance what they are going to do, then actually do it. We did not know what to expect from the actual cleaning process because this was the first time we had this particular carpet professionally cleaned and we did not know what some of the stains actually were. We are pleased with the results. We can still faintly see the outline of a couple stains. But they are so faint now that our guests would never see them, only we do.

I highly recommend Zerorez and would use them again without hesitation.
