Our tech was very polite and did a very good job. The only thing that didn't live up to my expectations was a coffee stain didn't come completely out. He did say prior to starting that it should come out but may not completely. Overall a very good experience.

The guy who came was great. Completely on time - a bit early, in fact, but called first to make sure it was okay. Clear and straightforward explanations, and the carpet got much cleaner than I thought it would, in exactly the time he told me it would take. He even moved a couple of things that I hadn't done because they were a little heavy for me.
The servicemen was very professional, on time, and did a fabulous job. My 20-year-old carpeting looks fabulous!!!

Besides the obvious, the great cleaning without a crunchy after effect and my carpets looking like new, I appreciated the thoughtfulness throughout the process. I was nervous when my door was open that bees would get inside but then they put up a screen to keep the bugs out. I was having my whole house cleaned and the only non-carpeted room was my kitchen so I offered to sit in there. They said I could sit in the couch in my living room if I'd like and they gave me booties in case I needed to walk on the carpeting. The men who cleaned my carpets were very courteous and professional. I have already recommended Zerorez to my parents and friends. Thanks!
