It was easy to schedule, and didn't take a lot of my time. I really liked that they called a couple days in advance for the time frame they would be at my house and then 1/2 hour ahead of time before they came so I wasn't sitting around all day

I really like the idea of the technician assessing my request and charging for the actual services being done rather than just one flat rate.
The technician was extremely knowledgeable and able to give exact reasons for why he recommended each treatment.
The finished result exceeded my expectation. I am very pleased!
Service by such a friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and professional individual is great and much appreciated.

What do you like about our products and services?

What I like is that the carpets feel like they are soft and not sticky with soap. The other thing that really strikes you when you enter the house is lack of smell, the carpets have no smell to them and that freshens the entire house. The other thing that works out so well is the flexibility of the scheduling, even though I was at work a few quick phone calls and I was able to get them into the house, complete the work, and pay my bill so everything was done when I came home that day!
