So far the carpet has remained clean and without any spots that have resurfaced quickly. I had this problem with prior cleaning. That will be the true test over time. The carpet came out much brighter and cleaner as well. I am very pleased so far. Terry did a great job of explaining Zerorez and cleaning our carpets! Thanks!

We had our finished basement, stairs and living room cleaned and fiber protection applied. Stairs and high traffic sections of the carpet were stained and had heavy wear marks. Almost 100% are gone. Areas that were cleaned look great, exceeding our expectation.
Dave Gillett was our service technician. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain carpet technology, condition and options. Answered questions with detail. Did not oversell his products or services.

It was very easy to schedule; business is conducted 7 days a week; the service representative was on time, pleasant, and informative; the chemicals used really worked and solved 98% of the odor problem in the carpet; my old carpets look great.
