I loved our experience with Zerorez. Our carpets came out wonderful! However, I recommended you to my mother who is selling her aunt's condo, and her carpets needed to be cleaned. I RAVED about Zerorez, so she booked an appointment. When she booked it, she stated the condo was on the second floor, they said no problem. My 81 year old mother went over to the condo for the appointment, only to hear the hose would not reach. They had no other alternative, so they said they would call back with another appointment. They called today to tell her they cannot come back for three weeks! My mother needs to sell this condo and said three weeks is too long. The woman basically said "Oh well, O.K." and that was that. I am SO sorry I told her to use this company!! I won't make that mistake again!!

The carpets actually FEEL clean, and smell clean- no chemical smells. Tony was great about discussing any possible needs, and discussing how I might have my 3 large persian rugs cleaned. He provided an estimate, and I will likely do that in the spring. This is the cleanest my carpets have ever looked after I have had someone come in and do that. I do think they feel somewhat coarser though overall I am very happy. I have recommended zero rez to my sister and neighbors.
