Justin was professional, courteous, knowledge and friendly. He has a great work ethic and was very thorough with great attention to detail. I felt comfortable leaving him in my home while I ran an errand, which is something I've never done with any other contractor. No soap is used in the cleaning process which helps to prevent dirt from adhering to the carpet. The technician explained the procedure thoroughly and requested my examination of the cleaning when he finished. He made sure I knew that I should call to have any questions answered after the work was complete.

Service technician was friendly, quick, and answered all out questions. We plan to use Zerorez again for carpets and probably for cleaning our furnace ducts this fall.
