The appointment day and time were confirmed several times by phone and email, and Cody and Fernando arrived at the time they said they would. The men were friendly and careful with my furniture and their cleaning. Cody explained his cleaning methods thoroughly, and he had me take a final look to make sure the job the men did was satisfactory.

No soap smell

The two technicians (Robert and Zach) were both very knowledgeable about not only Zerorez but also the carpet cleaning profession. Our carpet had been cleaned four days previous by another company which left blue colored spots (approximately 30-40) throughout the entire area of white colored carpet that was cleaned. Neither Robert nor Zach were sure if the spots could be removed or not. They asked for permission to try their cleaning solution on the spots to see if they could be removed as they did not want to have to charge us for cleaning if they could not provide the end result we were hoping for. We were told that if they could not remove the colored spots when using the cleaning solution, there would be no charge to us for their time or efforts. It was a very pleasant experience to work with employees that showed as much interest in serving their customers as they did serving their company. This is not only the first time we have used Zerorez but is also the last time we will even consider using any other carpet cleaning service.
