Thorough cleaning, carpets are so soft again, and NO residue or chemical smells. The gentlemen who did the cleaning were friendly and professional. Even took care of a couple extra small things at no charge. Just all around GREAT service.

The technician was very helpful, explaining what the product could do and the condition of the carpet. He presented the options available, but did not attempt to force me to add on a lot of extras. He was a very efficient worker and explained what he was doing as he moved through the process.

our service rep was awesome, he did the best job he could all while helping us to save money. we had issues with dog urine and he got his face in the carpet to locate where it was. I love that zerorez is save for humans, pets and the earth!

This was first experience with your company but I was very pleased. Chris and Cody did a very good job and they were very timely,effecient, courteous and knowledgeable. I wish I had been given more than 4 days to decide on another pre paid cleaning, as I would probably have done so if it had not been so rushed.
