Customer service: Although they would not give us a more specific timeframe ahead of time, making it difficult to plan our day, we were given a three hour window for time of service on the night before the scheduled cleaning. Then the cleaner actually called the afternoon of the appointment to say he could be here early if it fit in with our schedule. The young man who cleaned our carpets was very pleasant, listened to my concerns and was easy to work with.

Outstanding cleaning service. The guy who was here yesterday (Blake ) did the best, most thorough
job of cleaning my carpeting and furniture. I have never had anyone who did as excellent a job as
Blake did. I have lived in the same house for 47 years and have installed 3 different carpets. I have hired several different companies, but Zerorez is the Best!
