I feel ALEX JUST did a great job when he came out to our recently purchased home to clean our downstairs carpets. He was very courteous, respectful and helpful. He offered to try and see if he could "raise" the matted down carpet in one spot, but it turns out the previous homeowner just purchased 'cheap' carpet that does not wear very well at all. Certainly not any fault of Alex. Alex also showed me how much dirt was in one vent if I ever wanted to have my air ducts cleaned. The dirt made me sick, but unfortunately I don't think I can afford duct cleaning, even if I removed the 16 air vents myself. Would you happen to have a promotional discount since I just had my carpets cleaned with you?
