The techs are well-trained, courteous, and good at their work. Since I first hired Zerorez three years ago, I have never considered another carpet-cleaning service. Zerorez lives up to its promises, including timeliness; they leave me with beautifully clean and fluffy carpet, and I appreciate that their cleaning products are both effective and safe for my pets and family.
Most recently, Mark Kaiser did the work at my house. He was certainly a "ten," in terms of his skill, know-how and courteousness. After discussing my ceramic tile floors and air ducts with Mark, who answered all of my questions intelligently, I intend to contact Zerorez to clean both for me. I've never hired anyone to clean the ducts in the past, because of the negative reviews of many firms that purport to do that job. I'm counting on Zerorez to continue to earn my trust.

My carpet is clean, all spots are out. The carpet looks like new! Jordan, who cleaned our carpets, was very friendly and professional. We appreciate his honest feedback about one of the rooms which was heavily soiled and decided it would be best to remove the carpet in that room instead of cleaning. Also happy that you sell the carpet care products you use in cleaning!
