Your products clean very well and indeed leave no residue. We have pets and your "No Stink" stuff works great! But best of all, I always ask for Joe because he does an excellent job. I can count on him to clean well in an efficient manner. He has been training someone both times that he came, and he does this very well too. He is warm and supportive while ensuring his helper is learning the correct way to do things. I will continue to request him because of this. I have recommended you to several people. Only complaint...you're too far away and a bit pricey.
