He took the time to explaine to us the problem areas that may not come completely clean and followed up with us afterwards to make sure we were completely satisfied. We are 100% satisfied. Our carpet has not been cleaned for about 10 years and was way over due. Now it looks terrific, like brand new.

VERY clean carpets and our guy went above and beyond!!

I was in need of immediate assistance with a graduation party happening the next day and a sick dog getting sick all over the floor the day I called Zerorez. Mark came out within HOURS of my phone call and fixed our carpet problems so beautifully that I was PROUD of my clean house when my guests arrived the next day. Everything smelled cleaner than ever and looked even better. And it gets EVEN BETTER! Ronnie picked up two of our biggest area rugs and had them cleaned AND delivered the next morning, well in time for our afternoon events.

Last week Dave cleaned two residences for us, as we were in the midst of moving between homes. He did a exceptional job at both locations. I am always impressed by how knowledgeable your staff is with regard to carpet care and their ability to improve upon and remove the toughest stains. He was also on-time both dates and completed the jobs within the designated time.
