My technician's name is Jared Urness - may I tell you that he absolutely nailed it with all aspects of the process - customer service, professionalism, friendliness, product & process knowledge in addition to making me feel extremely valued as a customer. He took the extra time to explain the process beforehand and the results afterwards. I first used Zerorez 2 years ago for cleaning in my mother's home - was so impressed with the technician at that time as he had a difficult job trying to clean pet stains.
