Supposedly chemical free. The gentleman was extremely nice. One suggestion though - he should somehow tie up drapery so they don't wick up the water. My bedroom drapery is now all wrinkled due to having been wet.
I had a FABULOUS experience with Zerorez and your professional employee,Chris, who far exceeded my expectations - he had a trainee with him who also was great and they took extra precautions to be neat and clean and leave me with all the information I would need on how to proceed after the cleaning.Chris told me what to expect as I had some organic material and most of it was gone after the treatments - I am amazed at how much better my carpet looks and am amazingly pleased! Chris was on time, efficient, communicated essential information very professionally, discussed potential outcome, and I am amazed at how far the outcome exceeded my expectations! Chris is a great employee and I will definitely use Zerorez in the future! I figure it has saved me several years on carpet replacement. Appreciate a very professional approach and job. Thank you!
The two guys that came to clean the carpeting were courteous, professional and very thorough in cleaning the carpet.
