The carpets were so bad I had covered the stains with smaller rugs. After Zerorez came the carpeting looks brand new!! The staff was very professional and timely.

The pretreatment is natural, it doesn't smell, the results were better than expected. I also loved the personality of the person who cleaned my carpets.
