Dave did a very thorough treatment of our rugs - Level 2 localized treatment in 8 - 10 areas in addition to level 1 treatment elsewhere. He took the time to explain everything as well.

I like the ease of scheduling services and the passionate service members that perform the services. I had the ultraviolet lights replaces in my Breath Clean system. The person was knowledgeable, fast and offered useful information about other ways to enhance my air quality- the reusable air filter. I did not purchase the filter, however now I know it's an option and will seriously consider once I have used up my stock of traditional filters.
