The customer service. However the technicians cleaned an area rug at our door instead of the area rug in our upstairs. Not sure how the miscommunication happened.

The representative from Zerorez that provided the service was helpful with additional costs and moving furniture. The carpets looked very nice when completed and did not take long to dry.

Owen was very courteous, and thorough. He was able to get grime out of our carpet that I thought was there to stay and left our 18 year old carpet looking (almost) new. Thanks.
