The technicians are always prompt, polite, and they do a fantastic job. I recently had some upholstery cleaning done-it looked like new when the job was finished. Everything was explained concisely, and I was asked if I had any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

What do you like about our products and services?

My carpet is old & was pretty dirty. The results from the Zerorez cleaning was more then my expectations! It turned out great. I will definitely use Zerorez again. The bonus was Ben, the service agent. He knew his stuff, did a wonderful job and really couldn't have been and more nicer or more professional.

Having a childcare in my home, I loved having my carpets cleaned without chemicals. The man cleaning the carpets was knowledgeable, informative, worked hard and thoroughly cleaned my carpets getting out spots we thought would not come out. I was very impressed with him. I hope you pay him well, because you want to keep him representing your company. When I have my carpets cleaned again, I will ask for him and when I recommend Zerorez to others I will have them also ask for him. His name is David Horst. Thank you for a job well done.

The problem areas of the carpet look good and we were very satisfied of those results. The other carpets with the age behind them looked wonderful. Pete the cleaning associate was very polite and explained everything to us.

Reed was professional, courteous and neat. Did a very thorough job of cleaning the ducts, and exercised good workmanship when cutting into ductwork. Thanks for sending him out to do these jobs.
