My first time using Zerorez and it was interesting to find out that soaps or stain removers are NOT used in their processes. The rep who worked on my carpets was very informative and explained the cleaning process and my vacuuming habits all which add wear and tear on carpets. Some of this I did not know. I appreciate his advice and how well the carpets looked after he finished. A very good job!
