Our carpet is 16 years old and was worn down. Having 2 dogs running around on it, we were not expecting much . But the carpet looks great.
The tech was polite, and asked if we had any concerns or spots that needed extra attention, it was done fast and the carpet dried quickly and with NO residue. This was extremely important to us. Would use Zerorez again and recommend !!!

The person who did it "Troy." Very pleasant and informative. The only thing I would like to have been informed about is the fact that the carpeting stretched and buckled. It did go down the next day but what worried when I first saw it. Would like to have know that could happen.

Excellent cleaning. Removed a cigarette stain from when I moved in; previously NOT removed by another professional cleaning service😀 Clean aroma afterward, feels and looks as if the carpet were just installed. Total time was less than two hours, for three rooms, a staircase, hallway and two oversized rooms. Technician was professional, affable, and very respectful.

Everything--from first call to the technician's departure--was done with professionalism and clarity. The technician explained much about the carpet, its cleaning procedure, and follow-up care. Oh, and the carpet is now clean, which is nice.

Revolutionary process overcomes issue of residual detergent in carpet. Zerorez appears to not get the carpet as wet as a Rug Doctor-type machine
Carpets are never crunch after they've dried and they smell orange-fresh. We will continue to use Zerorez for as long as they service our area.
